Talking therapies

Talking therapies, or psychological therapies, are effective and confidential treatments delivered by fully trained and accredited NHS practitioners. They can help with common mental health problems like stress, anxiety and depression.

ADHD - self referral process

Patients can now self refer for ADHD assessment, there is no requirement to discuss this with a GP prior to using either of the self referral pathways. Please see below Links for more information
